X07 700-1 Multi-blade Slicing Machine
Application:
This machine is mainly used for slicing hard, fragile large materials with high reliability, efficiency and accuracy.
Main features:
1. Blade frame is driven with mechanical force. Equipped two set of blade frames. Time saving.
2. Main drive adopts two-step belts. Compact structure, low noise and easy repair.
3. Unitary steel track and vertical type crank block reinforce moving parts’ resistance to wear and machine accuracy and prolong service life of the machine.
4. Worktable is positioned with four cell guides and high accuracy linear bearings. Adopt mechanical iabyrinth flex packing.
5. Worktable is elevated with poise, steel wire and pulley block. Stable pressure and easy adjustment. Water tank is optional.
6. Unique lubricating system with alarm installation.
7. Slicing process:
1) Blade frame shuttling frequency at the beginning: 10~40 times/min.
2) Blade frame shuttling frequency at transition period: 50~60 times/min.
3) Blade frame shuttling frequency at slicing period: 90~100 times/min.
