Application:
The machine is mainly used for cutting off silicon rod head or end or cutting silicon rod by length, or other hard, fragile rod materials such as glass and quartz.
Main features:
1. Circular blade feed: Circular blade feed is driven by high quality hydraulic cylinder. Circular blade feed rate is steplessly regulated through speed control valve.
2. Workpiece feed: The workpiece rotates at the same time of workpiece feed. Workpiece rotation speed is steplessly regulated through frequency converter.
3. Workpiece holding: adopt unique work-piece holding mode. The free end of rod is supported with floating supporting means.
