X61 485-1 Single-sided Lapping Machine
Application and features:
This machine is mainly used for lapping sapphire, silicon wafer, germanium wafer, lithium niobate, lithium niobate, gallium arsenide, glass and other hard and fragile flat materials with diameter from 4" to 8" on single side with high accuracy.
 The speed of the main lapping plate and four lapping heads is controlled by transducer. It is easy to make the four lapping heads rotate synchronously, so that the relative speed would be the same.
 Several steps of pressure are used while lapping; the pressure control is closed-loop feedback control system, which ensures the high accuracy and precision. The pressure can be changed according to different materials and different lapping techniques.
 The temperature could be detected by contactless temperature testing device and displayed on the screen in real time.
 Equipped with PLC.
 The lapping plate is equipped with circulated water cooling system, which can control the temperature accurately and improve the quality of the wafer.
 Main pneumatic and electric components are from world famous manufacturers. It guarantees the running accuracy and reliability. This could satisfy the single-side lapping requirement for sapphire and other wafers completely.
