 Application
This machine is mainly used for high-efficiency wiping seamed edge, hole and surface of hard, fragile materials, especially for processing windows and optical glass.
 Features
 Asynchronous motor working with invertor gains soft stop and start, smooth speed regulation and low impact.
 Equipped with two motors. One drives brush plate, and one drives ring gear. This achieves speed regulation synchronously and separately of the main motor and sub-motor, which could meet the different requirement of the different technic and material.
 Elevate the ring gear with pneumatic cylinder. Adjustable height of sun gear.
 Adopt four steps of pressuring and counting control. The pressuring of every step can be adjustable and controlled.
 Equipped with PLC and four-line text display. While brushing, brush plate and ring gear would switch to forward or reverse automatically according to the setting time, which eliminate claimond veins effectively.
 Self-aligning upper plate system.
