Machine Application：
The machine is mainly used for accurately polishing silicon wafers, gallium arsenide, ceramics, quartz-crystal, optical glass and other hard and fragile flat materials. And also used for accurately polishing computer disk on double sides.
Main feature:
 Several motors are used to drive; high performance invertors gain soft start, soft stop, stable speed regulation and low impact.
 Elevating sun gear and inner gear synchronously, it is easy to load or unload work-pieces and to adjust the matching position of the carriers.
 The principle axis of the low plate is equipped with the crossed roller bearing, which could bear both the axial force and the radial force and ensure the static and dynamic accuracy of the lower plate.
 The upper and lower polishing plates are driven with bevel gears. The machine runs smoothly.
 Equipped with closed feedback control system of electric proportional valve and load detector. The minimum pressure is 2kgf, the pressure accuracy is ±2kgf.
 Compulsory central lubrication. Every relative movement surface, gear meshing position and chain wheel could all be lubricated fully, and this improves the using life of the machine greatly.
 “Floating” upper polishing plate structure.
 Equipped with the anti-adherence function controlled by a special programme, that is used to avoid that the work-piece adhered to the up plates.
 Stored with 20 SETS of technological parameter and each could set 20 steps of working procedure, which is easy to exchange among the work-pieces of different specification.
