Application
This machine is mainly used for accurately polishing silicon wafers and glass on both sides with diameter up to 8", as well as of quartz crystal wafers, precious stone, ceramics and other hard and fragile flat materials.
Main features:
1. Equipped with frequency converters and asynchronous motors. Soft start and soft stop. Smooth speed regulation. Low impact.
2. Equipped with 2 motors with wide speed-regulation, meeting the requirement of different materials and different polishing technics. The fast repairing function improves production efficiency.
3. Elevating sun gear and inner gear synchronously. It is easy to load or unload workpieces and matches carriers’ position of engagement.
4. The upper and lower polishing plates are driven with bevel gears, while the machine is driven with all-gear. The machine runs smoothly.
5. PLC control system, four lines text monitor displays the operating condition of the machine. Pressure is controlled by precise regulator, meeting the open-loop control model of the light-pressure, medium-pressure and heavy-pressure. The change of the pressure is stable and smooth.
6. Compulsory central lubrication.Every relative movement surface, gear meshing position and chain wheel all could be lubricated fully, and this improve the using life of the machine greatly.
7. The new “Floating” connecting device of the up plate, aligning flexibly, avoiding the cross of the plates.
