Application:
This machine is mainly used for accurately polishing silicon wafers on both sides with diameter up to 8", as well as of quartz crystal wafers, precious stone, glass, ceramics and other hard and fragile materials.
Main features:
1. This machine uses three motors jointing dragging mode. The speed proportion of three motors could be seen on the screen of HMI terminal and could be adjusted according to the processing requirements. This meets the different techniques requirements of different users.
2. This machine uses Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and Programmable Terminals(PT) display, sets various working parameter (such as: pressure, time, speed, pressure of low fall and floating time) and working condition(through touching the screen) and changes the programming control procedure and operating screen according to requirements of user techniques.
3. Pressure control during polishing makes a closed-loop feedback control using Pneumatic Proportional Valve and Load Detector. Pressure could be controlled line-likely, and control could be accurate.
4. This machine could set twelve techniques processing procedures according to user requirements. User could set twelve different techniques parameter (such as: pressure, time, speed, speed ratio, pressure of low fall, floating time) for operator adjusting.
5. Main purchase spare parts are imported, insuring the high indicator of each function.
6. The expandability is very convenient, and it could be mating with any polishing moving thickness controller all over the world.
7. Polishing plates are driven by bevel gear, and this makes the machine run smoothly. The machine also has automatic focus lubrication set, meeting the user’s requirements of auti-maintaining.
